In Case You Missed It: KFLA Becomes Biz Television Affiliate

Biz Television, having debuted its formal national television service launch earlier this month, today announced that independent KFLA-LD Los Angeles will launch the diginet its primary ch. 8.1 on Feb 1.   KFLA’s low-power signal reaches over half a million homes in the Los Angeles metro area.

Programming on Biz Television focuses on “providing in-depth reporting on financial management and reliable and accessible information from leading experts direct to viewers and investors.”

“Biz Television is a truly unique and distinct service unlike anything out there,” said Roy Mayhugh, owner of KFLA.  Local business programming from the Los Angeles area is planned to begin in March.  Biz Television also offers live and original programming during market hours and exclusive global business perspectives with international business programming as well.

“Biz Television is meeting the needs of both affiliates and viewers by providing programming to not only understand theis changing economy and financial market, but also to equip viewers to manage their money so they can make the most of their lives,” said Justin Murff, VP-GM of the network.
