Wall Street Journal Awards Small Business Creativity

Here’s an exciting new contest for small business owners!  This week The Wall Street Journal announced the Small Business, Big Innovation competition to honor businesses that have creatively overcome hardships of the recession.

The WSJ hopes to celebrate successful and creative businesses, and to give hope to all the businesses struggling in today’s economy.  “Our hope is to spotlight American ingenuity, especially at a time of continuing economic certainty,” the website says.

If your business has encountered and survived challenges of the rough economy with an innovative solution, then apply for the chance to win and be featured in The WSJ’s Small Business Report.  Qualified entries will be showcased in a blog, which will be voted on by both the public and a panel of judges.  Make sure to apply September 5th, and get the recognition you deserve!
