Facebook Advertising Option Allows More Specific Targeting

Making a Facebook page isn’t the only way to utilize the social media site for your small business.  Facebook is also a great alternative for advertising.  Advertising on Facebook can be inexpensive and effective, and it just got even better.

You can now target your Facebook ads to reach users in specific area codes.  Using the Power Editor and Ads Manager tools you can make sure you reach potential customers in the right locations.  This new area code option became available yesterday, before advertisers could narrow down their audience as specifically as state.

If you are working to attract customers in your community then Facebook’s new area code specific advertising may be the right tool.  Facebook advertising is now a more appealing advertising outlet for local businesses than ever before.

  1. I struggle to take in all the options for Facebook. I would really like to hear from some people that have enjoyed some success with the advertising. I do love the way it expands reach when I post on someones wall. I would love to get some feedback from other readers about their Facebook successes. Thanks for your blog I read it everyday. http://www.eiradioshow.com
